Cover letters to them were digitally signed by Dmitry Grigorenko, whose powers include issues of interaction between federal executive bodies and parliament.
The necessary changes have already been made to the government regulations to implement the initiative. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Duma will sign an agreement on information interaction by the end of April. Back in 2020, the volume of electronic document flow of the government and the State Duma did not exceed 45%. At the same time, most of the electronic documents were copies of paper ones, which did not allow files to be linked together and complicated their search in the system. In 2023, the volume of digital document flow became more than 80%.
