Kondo Construction Co., Ltd. is a company that mainly operates in Saitama, specializing in custom-built homes, building and condominium construction, land utilization, and rental housing management.
With the slogan "Stick to the basics and be twitter database of service with sincerity," we provide attentive service while working closely with local customers, and have earned their deep trust.
In this interview, we spoke with Masahito Hatchi, head of the sales department for the custom-built housing business.

--Could you tell us how you found out about iRidge and how you ended up developing the app?
At the time, we had just begun considering creating a tool to connect owners with companies, triggered by a request from the president.
Our company is conscious of maintaining a distance that allows families to feel happy so that they can consult with someone they can rely on when they are in trouble, and we place great importance on continuing to have "relative relationships" through close ties with the community.
Until now, we have communicated with owners mainly through community-based activities such as visits, events, regular inspections, and sending quarterly magazines and direct mail, but with the spread of smartphones and the advancement of IT, we thought we could embody "Kondo Construction's relationship with relatives" by building new relationships using IT .
It was at this exact time that iRidge made a proposal to us, and we decided to introduce an app tool.
