We introduced discounted annual plans to increase member retention and made monthly plans more affordable. This encourages longer subscription terms, so people experience more value before deciding to renew. Most members are now on annual plans, which helps with member retention.

During COVID, we also tried selling one-time training and then upselling it to all members. But the effect is not good. Over time, we shifted from focusing on training opportunities to emphasizing the overall value of membership—training, community, and experience.

New pricing structure
Recently, we significantly changed our pricing structure - we only offer quarterly and annual subscription options, abandoning monthly memberships.
