The tool is available for you to use from your laptop or desktop computer and even on your mobile device, with an app for iOS and Android, so you can track your ads from wherever you are.
Note: On October 29, 2021, Facebook announced its name change to Meta, which reflects the shift toward the “metaverse,” a focus on virtual and augmented reality experiences.
How to enter Facebook Ads Manager?
It's easy! Follow these steps to access Facebook Ads Manager :
Sign in to Facebook.
Enter the Meta Business Manager .
If you already have an account, select your business profile. If you don't have an account yet, create a new one by clicking on the blue button located at the top right of the screen.
Enter your personal information, email address and click “Next”.
Add your business information, such as address and payment methods.
Done! Start using the tool.

Once you've created your account, in the Pages section you'll find those pages in which you have a management role, whether you're a Page Administrator, Advertiser, or Editor.
If you have an analyst or moderator role, you will not be able to schedule ads, you will only be able to view statistics. Keep this in mind.
