Campaigns can be purchased up to 6 months before the launch date.
Facebook's Campaign Planner is a tool specifically designed for planning these types of campaigns.
In the Planner, you can plan different versions of your campaigns and share them with others.
Alternatively, you can create draft campaigns using Facebook's Power Editor to plan your campaigns. (Drafts are only visible to the person creating them in the Power Editor.)
