“ This is the song of my people! I must join them! ”
And Luis joins his comrades' van, where he rushes in.
On the roof, the villains' helicopter takes off, with Ant-Man already stuck to it, of course.
The two police officers who had come to arrest Pym were therefore perplexed. Should they:
– arrest Hank Pym, as planned, who also just drove through the walls of a building with an undeclared tank?
– arrest the people in the van, who managed to escape in the confusion, but were obviously in the middle of a shady business and also temporarily stole their car?
– chase a helicopter that has done nothing wrong and is leaving, which makes sense in the middle of an evacuation?
" QUICK, THE HELICOPTER! " exclaims one of the police officers.
After unzipping his fly and impressing the crowd, he adds, " THAT'S DONE. NOW THE OTHER HELICOPTER! " before their car sped off in pursuit of the aircraft.
On board, chaos quickly breaks out, as Ant-Man sneaks in and starts beating the shit out of everyone there, whether it's Hydra, Pam, or Cross. Cross is therefore very angry.
" You're annoying, Ant-Man! Cacaboudin! "
My apologies, I'm summarizing, but I don't think I'm betraying the spirit of the film. Anyway, what was I saying?
" You're annoying, Ant-Man! Cacaboudin!
– And yet, you haven't seen anything: you can kiss your research and the Yellow Jacket fax lists goodbye! Look at your building..."
And indeed: as he says this, the plastic blocks inside explode, and the whole building blows up.
"There you go! Another successful burglary.
" "But... but damn it, Ant-Man, you just killed everyone!
" "What? No, the building was empty! Since the beginning of the film, I've been explaining that I'm ! Look, by a happy coincidence, the explosion and debris didn't kill any of the people who were gathered around the building with the evacuation!
" "Finally! And the stunned guards?
" "Luis evacuated one of them!
" "And the others?
" "Ah. Aaaaah?
" "And the security guards who were supposed to be looking for the source of the alarm? The people who hadn't left and were waiting at various points in the building? And the emergency services, surely looking for any lost thieves?"
"... I... LET'S FIGHT!"
Come on, let's pretend this never happened! Ant-Man resumes his slapping, and while he's outside the helicopter for a moment after a bad blow, Darren Cross opens the Yellow Jacket's suitcase, expands it, calmly puts it on, and gets into a fighting stance.
A burglar against violence
