They don't unexpectedly encounter issues that should have been resolved before the start.
You will learn everything important without having to ask for it. When your documents are needed. When you have to submit proofs. When you will see the first version of the website. What solution options are currently being considered. In short, everything you need to know without it burdening you unnecessarily.
There are many more such details hidden behind a fine-tuned process. It sounds simple, but it is definitely not obvious.

At AITOM you also build complex information systems. How do they differ from regular projects?
I really enjoy complex IT systems that take months to build and overseas chinese in canada data connect complex data. CRM, invoicing system, production and warehouse system or large e-shop… we can combine all of these into one functioning organism that will move the customer's company forward a generation. I then think of the process as a story. It pays to build a smaller functional part first and add more pieces to it until a whole is created that connects several IT systems of the company.

We never plan the course of a project in advance and it takes a lot of experience to make the result perfect. Every next piece of the project is based on well-posed questions: What is the goal and how can we get there effectively? What is the best thing we can do in the next step? What opportunities will it bring to the customer?

Definitely our above-standard customer relations. The professionals working here are those who have won awards in IT competitions, but have not lost heart in the flood of wireframes and budgets. I am actually most interested in relationships with people. Even though the output of our work is an information product, for me a customer is first and foremost a person whom I want to understand and spend weeks or months of pleasant cooperation with.
