Transferring data between platforms

Post by hasibaakterss3309 »

Some customizations are possible only in a vandalistic way, but we do not do that. For example, some customers want to change the design of B24. But it is impossible to change the design of Bitrix deeply and normally. Each customization is discussed with the customer regarding its feasibility and technology.

There are several technologies in Bitrix on how to egypt mobile database change its logic. We developed some technologies ourselves (immodestly, but true). And if the client says: “well, we need it”, then we take it and do it. We held a series of webinars on this topic , which became part of the system documentation and were published on the Bitrix website.

Scenarios
It is good form on the part of the customer to prepare a list of scenarios for the integrator that must be saved in the new system, even at the MVP level. If the system transfer occurs within a limited time frame, then it will be necessary to decide which scenarios must be “saved” without fail, and which can be transferred to the backlog and dealt with later.

The solution to the problem of migrating a large volume of data comes up against a limitation: the company’s work cannot be stopped during the move from one platform to another.

Some businesses provide their service 24/7, others work in critical infrastructure, and others have accumulated large volumes of data that cannot be transferred to a new system and tested overnight. We had to look for a solution that would allow us to quickly and safely transfer data to a new system without stopping the main system.
