If your account is a personal version, after converting to an enterprise version, the personal version will no longer be usable. If you want to restore the personal version, you can convert it again, but you cannot use them at the same time. If you need to use both the personal version and the enterprise version at the same time, you need to register another number.

5. Transfer your account
Keep WhatsApp Business open and do not turn off your phone until the account transfer is complete.

6. Create an account
Fill in the company name, select the industry phone number russian category, add an avatar, and complete the basic account settings.




After the WhatsApp Business upgrade is successfully completed, you can further improve your company information. Click "Tools" and then select "Profile" to add company profile, address, business hours, website and other information.

Now you can take full advantage of the business features of WhatsApp Business. Go to Settings in WhatsApp Business and select Business Tools.
