After identifying successful models, the second step in creating Na Moral, after designing the workshops, was to validate the content and understand the main challenges in its implementation. The next step seeks to engage a larger number of students and submit the program to an impact assessment to understand whether the methodology applied actually achieves the project's desired objectives.
In addition to combating violence in a more general way, the project was designed with a view to reducing four factors: school dropout, involvement in criminal acts, and contact with alcohol and other drugs.
According to the psychologist, the way the project vp it email database is implemented is what makes all the difference in the effort to reduce aggression in the school environment. With a playful format similar to games, the workshops are able to involve and attract students by using the peer replication strategy.
“We want to instill a different type of repertoire in these young people and in a more functional way, which is in a group. Our idea of working with groups is to reproduce these experiences in pairs, because people within the same group, especially young people, can learn better through rapid identification and the continuous flow of ideas,” contextualized the psychologist.
