Today we updated cloud.seatable.io to version 1.5 of SeaTable. With the next login, all users will benefit from exciting new features and a number of improvements to the interface and existing functions. At first glance, you will notice the numerous small and large changes to the table editor, which lead to greater workflow efficiency and improved user experience. The new custom sharing permissions offer more control and flexibility when working together on bases. Advanced customization options make SeaTable's web forms an even more versatile tool for data collection.

Improved table editor
Given that the majority of users spend most of their time in the table editor, we put a lot of attention and effort into finding ways to make the editor's many menus, wizards and views even more user-friendly. We believe that with version 1.5 we have made great steps in this direction. We have replaced modals with inline menus, we have improved the menu design and updated the software library for the statistics view to the latest version. In addition, we have improved the view plugins. In summary, entering and editing data in the table editor of SeaTable 1.5 is now much more fun.
