Chiaole Liao, Legal Manager at Appier: "I have heard some ideas about promoting inclusion. For example, companies will cooperate with cultural or artistic creation units to regularly hold themed exhibitions in the office, such as African Americans, ethnic minorities, and modern female inventors. The themed works subtly embed the concept of inclusion into the DNA of our colleagues.”
Jeffrey Liu, senior director of product at Appier, mentioned, “Colleagues can be arranged to rotate to different business locations for short periods of time. This not only promotes cross-border/cross-cultural exchanges, but also helps colleagues see things from different perspectives.”
