Then new clients came, the team started growing and I was appointed head of the marketing department. We scaled and adapted our own developments, and also realized that we needed to go deeper into projects than sales and marketing - we needed to influence service, food, medicine, animation and other processes.
In 2023, the marketing team of Sanatorium Management grew threefold. And MaEd helped a lot with this .
Putting together a cool and effective team of marketers is not an easy task, but we managed to do it. We chose interns from a large number of applicants. As a result, as I already said, now we have two MAED graduates working with us, plus me - a third.
It turns out that our conversion rate into a successful employee from MAED students is higher than from candidates from HH.ru. For example, during the last selection from HH.ru we looked through about 700 test tasks and took three people. And from MAED there were 50 test tasks and took two.
