Adobe launches voice analytics capabilities to deliver personalized experiences

Adobe has introduced voice analytics capabilities to its Analytics Cloud suite , which it hopes will help marketers understand how people use voice assistants to consume media and marketing. The company has decided to launch a tracking of how users interact with tools released by companies that build assistants , such as Amazon's Alexa , Google Assistant and Apple's Siri .

This voice analytics product will also feature an Adobe Sensei artificial intelligence service , which will make sense of trends within large data sets. Companies will then be able to capture and analyze voice data to understand the performance of their customers’ voice-based interactions. In this way, Adobe will help brands offer more personalized experiences and thus maintain customer loyalty.
