Talking about educational coaching associated with academic training is almost obvious , but there are so many coaches for practically everything that precision becomes essential.
To start, I will clarify the distinction between Coaching and Mentoring in a simple way:
When someone tells you what to do, gives you absolute advice from their point of view without looking at your own worldview, that is mentoring .
Listening attentively to what is happening, with guidance so that you find the answers, that is coaching .
From here we can understand that what most people who call themselves Coach do is mentoring, they do not do coaching, much less educational coaching.
What is educational coaching for?
Educational coaching does not refer to general life patterns, but to the good work of the Teacher, the one we knew if we were lucky.
The one who showed us a path of personal questioning, who showed us what to fight for, what to enjoy; the one with the natural ability to drive us in our own inner growth.
Many years ago there were teachers who were teaching in themselves, and others who were not.

What am I passionate about? Where do I want to excel? These are the only questions I have to ask myself to get started. Because when I am clear about what I want, and I do it with passion, everything else will fall into place.
It's not that the road is easy, it's not that there won't be problems, but I will find the ways and paths because I want to overcome those problems.
Being excellent doesn't mean that I become famous or make millions. Being excellent means that I keep moving towards what I want, that I manage what is presented to me better and better, that I have the honesty to recognize my mistakes and that I continue to improve thanks to them, that I learn what I was not willing to learn, that I transform myself in my own process and become what I do want.
