Communication is something very complex. Communication is not based solely on what we say, but includes so much more. Non-verbal communication also conveys a lot. After all, you can tell the mood of the person you are talking to not only from the words spoken, but also from their voice, facial expressions, gestures and posture.

In addition, communication also provides information about how a person "ticks". The way a person communicates is based to a large extent on how they have learned to communicate. This often creates patterns that influence a person for the rest of their life.

Eric Berne founded transactional analysis and found that there manufacturing email list are three basic communication personalities:

The parent ego: This was formed in youth and reflects behavior towards adults. Superiors are highly respected and employees are often treated too harshly.

The adult self: At this level, communication takes place as adults do. It represents a respectful interaction with one another and is characterized by a more constructive goal.

The child ego: You fall into this state when you are overwhelmed by the situation and no longer know how to help yourself.

If you can classify statements, you can better understand why the other person behaves the way he or she does and this leads to deeper insight.
