How to configure GSC?
To use the service, you need to have a Google search console account. Below I have shown you step by step how to set up and use the Google console.

The first step is to start the setup, go to Google Search Console. To access it, you need to log in to your Google account, so make sure you use the same one you use for other Google tools like Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. Log in.

Google may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the site. There are a few ways to verify this. If you already use Google Analytics, the easiest way is to select the Google Analytics tracking code as your preferred verification method. As long as the Google Analytics tracking code is in the <head> section of your homepage, GSC will treat you as the owner of the site.

When you’re on the Google Search Console homepage, look for a link in the upper left corner that says “Try the new search engine.” You currently have two options for using the tool: the old, traditional one, which retains more features; and the newer version of Google, which has a more intuitive look and feel but fewer of the features and functionality of the older version. Over time, Google plans to migrate all of the Search Console’s features to the newer version, but for now, many of the tool’s strengths remain in the traditional version.
