How to print an Excel 1
I will explain the Configuration options in the next point, however, at the top we can select the basic printing options, such as which printer we want to use and the number of copies.

On this same screen we have a very useful feature that appeared since Excel 2010 (if this is your case) which is the print preview , just to the right of this menu. Print selection
In this option, we will print only a range of selected cells from a spreadsheet. To select a range of cells in your spreadsheet, simply click and drag the mouse over the desired region or click on both ends of the cell range by pressing the CTRL key.
