The Research Group “Criminal Law Theory” is organizing a workshop in cooperation with the University of Göttingen to address the theoretical, doctrinal, and practical issues of willful blindness and (culpable) mistakes of fact. 3. Call for Submissions: Terrorism and Belligerency Workshop. This workshop vk database Balancing Contradicting Human Rights Obligations in Armed Conflicts and Counter Terrorism will take place in Prague, Czechia, from 2 – 4 December 2024. This workshop is conducted in collaboration of Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions, University of Haifa, with The Institute of Law and Technology, Masaryk University. The application deadline is 12 August 2024. Submissions are invited from both experienced researchers, and early career researchers (namely PhD candidates, Post-Doctoral fellows, and scholars up to 5 years after the completion of their PhD).
