Just before the coupon expires, send a text, WhatsApp or email to remind them to come and redeem it (if they haven't already done so). Again, you won't have to do anything manually, but you can use marketing automation workflows and automatically manage that when the coupon is not used, after 10 days an email is sent and after 20 days a WhatsApp message (for example).
