As with manual surveys, the same problem remains with WebAsk – how to link a specific client/subscriber with the results of their response. Such data can then be used for segmentation, for launching triggers (automated email chains), etc.
WebAsk has a hidden variables functionality specifically for this purpose ( more details about them in the WebAsk help section ).
How it will look in reality - for example, we will transfer the subscriber ID from your contact database to RuSender:
Open the created survey in the WebAsk control panel.
Go to the integrations section and connect webhooks.
Add variables that will be passed in the URL request structure. For example, subscriber_id (this will be the subscriber ID, you can use an email address instead). Additionally, you can pass any slovenia phone number data other data: l
When a subscriber clicks on a link in a letter, they will transmit their ID. Accordingly, in the statistics inside WebAsk, it will be possible to link the user's responses and their ID (or email).
If desired, the data with the responses can be downloaded to a file. Based on the responses, additional actions can be performed in the mailing service and contact database: launch triggers, perform segmentation, etc.
Response statistics and analysis of survey results
Please note that WebAsk studies not only the response data, but also many other parameters of clients: their location, device type, time of survey completion, etc.
All this is combined into a summary report, which will display the number of visits and responses, the percentage of unfinished surveys, efficiency, and distribution of responses over time. If desired, you can connect an external analytics system to the survey, and then you will be able to get a full socio-demographic cross-section of your audience: gender, age, interests.
The survey results can be shared with colleagues or friends.
