Gamification, although a classic strategy, is evolving in 2022 poland number for whatsapp to more closely include pedagogy. This evolution offers an immersive user experience, where game mechanics become powerful tools for educating on the advantages of the Groupama customer area.
GOALS
Groupama collaborated with Sinch to design an innovative Rich SMS experience, engaging customers to participate in the interactive game “My online health services”. They were encouraged to slide the badges into the corresponding slots, revealing the 4 benefits of the Groupama customer area: reimbursement, photo invoice/quote, mutual card and health partner.
In order to boost connections to the customer area, customers were invited to connect to their area at the end of the game to automatically validate their participation.

RESULTS
Record engagement for the game combining gamification and education
The results far exceeded expectations, with a click-through rate of 11.92% on the Rich SMS (x2 the market average for this type of operation) and 89% of clickers interacted with the Rich Page. We observed an incredible participation rate of 90% on this operation!
85% of participants logged into their customer area. Groupama has decided to repeat the experience in 2023!
