And I had to quickly rework it, because I had to adapt to the group, to the demands of the students. It was a lesson for me, which showed how important feedback is in courses. The course probably taught me something too. And I think that a good lecturer also learns lessons and goes through a process of growing up. From "Thank God, I read it!" to "How to ask a leading question to maximize the involvement of a specific audience?"

The Marketing Director course is usually attended by managers who want more confidence, consistency, consultations, and want to improve their skills and learn new tools.

For example, I had students from the National Bank of Ukraine. A student from spain consumer email list the National Bank sends you homework, and you try to understand how your knowledge of business can help her work better and more productively .

And one student on the course was very sociable, asked a lot of questions and was friends with me on Facebook, periodically involving me in various dialogues. When I wrote that I was changing jobs, she directly tagged her company's HR under my post with the caption "This is marketing - you have to take it!" . At that time, she was already working as an operations director at one of the large companies.
