Three VK subsidiaries have become residents of the special administrative region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad.

As noted in the message from the management company SAR, the register of participants includes international limited liability companies (ILCs) "VK MGL Limited", "VK Equity" and "VK Educational Technologies".

According to the hungary whatsapp resource Unified State Register of Legal Entities, before the redomiciliation, the first two companies were registered in Cyprus under the names VK MGL International Limited Liability Company and International Limited Liability Company "VK Equity". The founder and owner of 100% of the shares of these companies is VK Company Limited.

The third company was also registered in Cyprus and was called Lomigor Investments Limited. Its founder and owner of 100% shares was the Cypriot MGL Mail.Ru Equity Limited.

The VK press service confirmed the registration of the subsidiaries to Interfax. The registration of the parent holding company is in progress.

Earlier, VK shareholders and the board of directors approved the company's redomiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to Russia. After state registration in Russia, VK will become an international company, public joint-stock company "VK" (IPAO "VK"), located in the SAR on Oktyabrsky Island. Also associated with the redomiciliation plans is VK's intention to delist global depositary receipts (GDRs) and Eurobonds from the London Stock Exchange and ensure their primary listing on the Moscow Exchange.

VK's largest shareholder is JSC MF Technologies, which owns 57.3% of the Internet holding's votes (4.8% is the economic stake). MFT's co-owners are SOGAZ and Gazprom-Media Holding (they each own 45% of MFT); Rostec owns another 10% of MFT.

In addition, VK's shareholder is Singularity Lab, a company owned by its management, which received shares from Naspers' structure - Prosus (25.7% economic and 12.3% voting shares as of December 31, 2021). The shareholders also include China's Alibaba Group (9.5% and 4.5%) and Tencent (7% and 3.3%).

The remaining shares are in free float.
