The team leader is the driving force of the team, and the pace of his work determines the nature of the employees' work. If he is interested in development and is loyal to the company, then his team is also charged and motivated.

The main task of the team leader is to build motivation, personally supervise the work of each employee, analyze performance indicators and, if necessary, find ways to adjust them.

Why does a team leader need to know personality types?
Since a team leader works with people all the time and solves various communication tasks, it is useful for him to know the personality typology and determine the type of each employee he works with. This helps both when conflict situations arise and when setting certain tasks.

For example, there are employees with good visual perception of information, and there are those who are better served by conveying it in audio format. When you give them overlapping tasks, there is a high probability that something will go wrong during execution - simply because the visual and auditory learners did not understand each other.
