The idea is that it serves as a reminder and that, when the date arrives, we analyse how far we have fallen from our objective. It should always be slightly above what we believe we can achieve but without going overboard.
Company values ​​are essential to building a strong brand. They are known as part of the quality of the company. If you don't have clear values ​​to follow, you are not a company, you are a profit-generating machine without identity.
