If benefits vary from position to position, you can include this information with each job description. You can include information about health benefits, dental benefits, sick days, vacation days, annual raises or bonuses etc.
6. Tell Them Who You Are
Another thing you want to make sure you do is tell your applicants what your company is like. What type of working environment do you foster? What do your offices look like (pictures would be great)? Do you have a good company culture? Do you encourage everyone to participate and come up with ideas? Do you reward experimentation, innovation, stability, creativity or hard work? Ensure you’re honest if you want to find someone who fits your organisation well.
