The more guests who have checked in at a homestay, the more feedback and reviews we can read. In the many reviews written by guests, we will definitely come across one or two negative reviews. When I have the chance, I will read comments and feedback from guests who have checked in before. Usually, if the comments are good, I don't pay much attention to them. But if the comments are in the form of complaints , comments like that are quite interesting to me to pay attention to. For example, the negative review written by the user below.

Even though they are voiced by different visitors at different homestays. So what I did was, I made a list of the types of complaints that are commonly voiced by guests. In this discussion, I listed some of the common forms of complaints voiced by homestay guests. If you plan to run this business for a long period of time, perhaps up to 5 – 10 years, it is likely that you will also receive more or less the same complaints, if you are not careful.
