When there is something that neither you nor your staff have expertise in It's true, most things in this world can be learned, provided we are willing to invest time and money. The only question is, do you have the time? Are you willing to wait and be patient to learn on your own until you are truly proficient? Wouldn't it be easier and faster if you just get the services of someone else who already has expertise? iv.
