Designer Yoshino:
The current trend is to make simple designs that are easy to recognize on any device, so I kept that in mind when designing the admin screen and logo.
On the other hand, there are universal UI patterns, so I'm careful to make sure the design follows theory.
I also try to respond to requests with something extra, or at least make some kind of suggestion.

Product Manager Kanebako:
Our customers often praise us for the how can our overseas chinese in uk data help your business ease of use of the UI.
They say it's not too difficult compared to other companies' products, and is intuitive to use.

Sales Uchida:
I haven't changed much, in a good way, even after switching from popinfo to FANSHIP.
As we can now do more things, such as data integration, it has become easier to broaden the range of proposals we can make.
Customers don't want to hear about complicated technical terms; they just have their own goals and are looking for ways to make them happen, so we make the necessary proposals to suit them.

For those who have already introduced an MA tool and just want to use the low-cost, highly stable push delivery that FANSHIP has relied on since the days of popinfo, you can use it with API integration, and for those who do not have a full range of in-house tools, the easy-to-use management screen is a great asset.
I think it is a tool that can be used in a variety of ways, depending on the number of people who use it and the level of the user.

Product Manager Kanebako:
Uchida-san has been an evangelist for FANSHIP through seminar presentations and other events.
Matsuoka-san may have had the hardest time dealing with the renewal.
