It is impossible to prove scientific priority by publishing a report at a conference, a monograph, or a textbook. The main forms of proof of priority have become scientific articles entered into international citation and analytical databases, such as Web of Science , Scopus . In Russia, a deposited article has become a special form of confirmation of priority poland number for whatsapp . The text of such a publication must be sent by a theorist or inventor to the infrastructure centers of the NTI (National Technology Initiative). For the defense of a dissertation, a deposited article is considered equal to publications only after publication in journals of the Academy of Sciences or publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission .

In Russia, paid publications in industry and regional journals are also offered to young scientists. It is difficult to publish a meaningless or compiled article for money. Works applying for publication are reviewed by the editorial board and checked for plagiarism. After publication, articles are indexed in the GoogleScholar citation and analytical database .
But most of the Russian regional journals do not have international authority. Without English-language versions, reading publications is inaccessible even to interested foreign scientists. Such paid publications are used to improve the author's dissertation credentials, obtain grants, and participate in competitions for teaching positions at universities.

Practical benefits of scientific publications
In the development of science, the order of practical work often led to unexpected results, became the basis of a scientific theory or a new direction. A classic example is the emergence of microbiology, the basis of which was the practical work of Louis Pasteur on the preservation of wine, carried out by order of French winemakers. Experiments to study fermentation led to the discovery of lactic acid bacteria, the physiology of microbes, the development of pasteurization methods, antiseptics, and smallpox vaccinations. Pasteur called his publications "memoirs", having already won numerous prizes and awards for scientific achievements during his lifetime.

Immediate practical benefit is easily proven by chemical engineers (upon receiving the results of the experimental setup), breeders, inventors of new technical devices (after demonstrating prototypes). Patenting a technical idea does not indicate the practical benefit of the invention until the patent is purchased and applied in a specific mechanism.
