About salaries and grades

Grades in HR are a rather arbitrary concept, because the approach is too different for companies of different sizes and focus. If we are not talking about management positions, then the concepts of junior, middle and senior are usually used.
For me, the level is determined by three factors:
professional experience,
the level of decisions an employee can make (and be responsible for),
to what extent and in what matters can he act as a partner for the business: I consider HR not as a service function, but as a partner function.
I will give an example of my own scale in the realities of early 2024.
Junior specialist with experience 3 months - 1 year
