Today, the digital industry continues to change and evolve every day, creating more and more challenges for professionals.

It is therefore worth stopping for a moment to reflect, in the midst of the marketing frenzy, to glimpse how companies can adapt to the new panorama and the technological hurricane that is approaching.

One of the most forward-thinking and avant-garde companies on the market, Google, wanted to bring together numerous industry professionals at the Think With Google event held at the Matadero in Madrid. The aim of this event was to address some of the issues that most interest and concern marketers, as well as to show how Google works to help them in their daily lives.

Following the welcome from Fuencisla Clemares , who was excited about the new era that is about to arrive, the general manager of Google Spain and Portugal was in charge of offering an overview of intelligent marketing in the era of assistance.

"We are facing an exciting time, we live life with much more intensity. In this context, the mobile phone has become a fundamental element in our lives, it is a device that we use to help us manage our daily lives," he explains.

"It is relevant, immediate and offers us useful and very easy-to-use tools, but this bosnia and herzegovina phone number is no longer enough, we need more. Users are extremely demanding, they are asking us to give them the problems solved," he adds.

To do so, he began by explaining Google's history and the approach it has taken in recent years regarding mobile. "It is no longer enough for us to inform, we need to help."

With this objective in mind, the company has opted to anticipate the needs of users. We have also been developing artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.

"The quality of recognition has improved by 25% thanks to machine learning," he points out.

Regarding its Google Translate service, Clemares points out notable progress: "We have increased the quality of translation in the last 8 months as much as in the last 8 years."

"Thanks to this new way of training machines, we can offer you the Google virtual assistant that allows users to converse. It is capable of helping us manage all our daily tasks," he adds.

Machine learning also "allows us to make a qualitative leap in user experiences. We believe that it will generate absolute disruption in all industries and businesses."

It is therefore a matter of being able to manage complex problems with a large volume of data in the best possible way.

"In the marketing world, customer touchpoints are multiplying , budgets are decreasing, and the customer journey is becoming less and less linear. In this context, the questions that professionals are asking themselves are not at all easy to answer," he says.
