Find out what interests your website users.

In my work I see that the customer is the great forgotten person on many websites, e-commerce sites, consultation pages, etc. It is surprising how many companies show no interest in knowing the opinion of the users who visit their website, they do not dedicate time and effort to trying to understand what customers are looking for.

That website that they pamper so much, which is their showcase and their point of contact with the client, is a deaf website , a website that does not listen.

The customer's view
The work of web designers seeks to facilitate the operation of pages, usability, speed in finding information, among other things, all of which are essential for the success of your online business.

But the website that will be successful is not only the one that is panama phone number designed or has a more prominent brand; it is the one that makes the most sense in the eyes of the client and that, essentially, responds to their interests and preferences.

Do you have a deaf website?
Think about it. You design a project, you package it perfectly, you invest your money and so on; but you don't take the time to ask the user :

What do you think about the design?
What do you think about functionality?
What do you think about the number of clicks you have to make to find your favorite section or product?
What you are looking for and what you cannot find
What are your interests (interests say more than behaviors)
What is missing and what is left over…
Yes, I know that web analytics gives you this data , but what it cannot give you is their opinion or their particular interests .

Turn on the customer speaker and listen!

If you ask a customer, they might tell you this:

“May you continue to do well.”

Or this: “Sometimes some operational information is difficult to find, some menus could be more intuitive.”

“Many times online shopping transactions get blocked after the entire purchase process has been completed. It is downright annoying.”

These are real comments, from simple studies of companies that listen to their customers. These companies base their decisions on a 360º customer analysis: they know what their customers think, comparing it with data from web analytics and other sources of information.

These studies were carried out using online surveys, a simple, very valid and fast method. In just a few days we had all the necessary information. And we gave the company a great report on improvements to its website, based on the opinions of its users.
