Two years ago, Corona and the lockdown changed the world. What was different? Suddenly everything had to happen quickly and changes in the company regarding IT equipment were addressed despite doubts arising from the necessity of the lockdown. Remote work was now possible and tool decisions were no longer put off.
The work was now completely remote and, as you can imagine, the security and commodity brokers email list processes were certainly not fully implemented efficiently in such a short space of time. But what are the consequences? What does it look like? I found an interesting study by Asana on this. I would like to present various aspects from it.

To give us a better picture of today's working environment, a study by Asana (source below) surveyed over 1,800 professionals in Germany about the effects of Corona. The aim was to find out what works well in their companies - and what doesn't. I will summarize three aspects of the extensive study and comment on them with my own opinion. The three aspects are:
Type and value creation of work: Value-added work decreases and overhead increases.
Reason 1: Work efficiency: The reason is poor processes and inadequate technology.
Reason 2: Distractions during work: notifications and exhaustion
The structure is always the same: I first cite the results of the study and then share my own experience. At the end of the article there are recommendations for resolving the issues.
