The transformation to a new organization

An agile organization is very flexible. This means that it can adapt quickly to changing market requirements. However, the organization does not wait for change; it proactively brings it about. It only works if the appropriate mindset is present throughout the entire company. This includes personal responsibility, result orientation, customer orientation, transparency, open communication, appreciation and relationship orientation.


In order to achieve this transformation, the hierarchical structures must give college and universities email list way to self-organization. But that does not mean that managers are no longer needed. They still play an important role. The role is just defined slightly differently. The manager supports the team using the servant leadership principle.

In addition to changing structures, other aspects are needed to complete the transformation. These include vision, culture, agile frameworks, authenticity and communication.

When implementing, an area or department should first be selected to test the new organization as a pilot project. All participants must be trained on the topic of agile working. Progress and implementation should be discussed in regular meetings. If the project is successfully completed, the transformation can be expanded to the entire company. Sufficient time must be planned for this.
