ING is the best in mobile banking

This year, Newsweek, together with Millward Brown, prepared a ranking of banking products in Poland for the thirteenth time. The list was divided into four main categories: banks on the Internet, a bank for Kowalski, mobile banking, and mortgage banking. How was the research conducted?
Data for the compilation was provided by auditors acting as "mystery shoppers". The study lasted from June to August 2014. Anonymous for the bank interviewers used products and contacted banks via the Internet, telephone and in branches. Among other things, the effectiveness in acquiring customers, quality of service and employee engagement were assessed. For the mobile application, key importance was assigned to such features as functionality and simple navigation through the interface of the tested program.
