Not so much! Google is beefing up its One subscription offering, which offers more storage space for the giant's services you use. Two new features are particularly noteworthy.
A VPN for everyone!
The first is the Mountain View giant's decision to integrate VPN into all its plans. You no longer need to opt for the most expensive offer, at 10 euros per month, to qualify. This will make it easier for you to protect your browsing.
This expansion of the service taiyuan mobile number database immediately, but should take several weeks to extend to all users worldwide. Currently, the VPN is available in 22 countries, including France, Belgium, and Switzerland. It can be activated on Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac.
You can still share it with five other people, if they're subscribed to your plan.
Note that Google's VPN, unlike Apple's Private Relay, doesn't allow you to choose a geographic exit zone from the VPN tunnel. It therefore can't be used to obtain a temporary US IP address, for example. Its sole purpose is to protect your browsing, which is already a lot.

Defense Against Dark Web Arts
The second new feature is the arrival of a new tool, currently reserved for users living in the United States. What is its purpose? To monitor the Dark Web for personal data that may have been stolen during an attack or through the exploitation of a security vulnerability.
Marketplaces selling detailed information like phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, and bank details of Internet users are numerous in this unindexed and harder-to-access part of the web.
Google therefore offers to monitor it for you and provide you with a report. Users define the elements they want to be monitored, and if Google finds any trace, it will notify them and advise them on what to do next. For example, how to notify the relevant authorities that their social security number has been stolen.
Of course, if Google finds additional information related to what you asked it to find, it will also notify you.
The American giant also takes the trouble to point out that the information you entrust to it for tracing on the Dark Web can be deleted at any time by you and that it is kept in accordance with its commitments to respect the privacy of its users.
This new feature will be rolled out in the coming weeks in the United States to all subscribers, regardless of their subscription plan. Google, however, has not provided any information on its possible availability in France and other European countries.
