Cats are very interesting, independent and curious animals. On the other hand, humans are becoming increasingly dependent and less curious, as they investigate less and less and demand faster responses.

This behavior of ours is causing a profound phone number library transformation in society as we are increasingly dependent on the digital world.

Currently, the ten largest companies in the world have something in common: they are technology and data companies.

In the immense volume of data, also known as "Big Data" , it is an inescapable fact that all communication must be structured and developed according to its target audience.

Content must immediately arouse interest and curiosity in order to convey the intended message. Every piece of content published on the web is analyzed in detail by search engines.

Google defines and classifies content and its target audience, based on relevance, behavior and even the feelings of each user. This is the main reason why your search results may differ from those of your colleague next door.

Google knows "almost" everything about you, because in the future it wants to become your personal advisor and even your best friend, by providing personalized services and useful information.

What is structured data?
Imagine an abstract painting on a wall. Accompanying the painting is a title that will immediately trigger an association with what the painting represents. We can draw an analogy between this title and so-called "metadata".

Using the example, we can have metadata for the author of the painting, for the title, for the technique used, for the date of creation, for the style or artistic school, among other tags.

We are talking about a set of data organized by categories and relevant to the understanding and contextualization of the work of art presented. The painting remains abstract, but we have information about it. We call this set of "metadata" structured data.

Nowadays, having well-written, interesting and relevant content is important, but it is no longer enough. It is essential that this content communicates effectively with search engines. Only then will it gain visibility, and the role of structured data is fundamental.

Structured data is increasingly important for content visibility: Facebook needs metadata, Google needs metadata, even Siri needs metadata.

The internet has reached a dimension where all content processors want organized and structured data to be consumed with order and relevance.

When we talk about the Internet of Things, we must be aware that there are more and more devices capable of generating data and sharing it across digital environments. This happens through structured data and for Google: structured data = quality data.

Structured data and voice search
Information searches using voice recognition assistants continue to evolve and become progressively more refined. Structured data is the key to this new search trend that promises to be a big hit.

The importance of optimized content is increasingly relevant for the technology inherent in voice search. It is important to prepare websites to work with leading solutions such as Google Assistant, Apple's Siri, Microsoft's Cortana and Amazon's Alexa, according to best practices.

Low-cost solutions produce low-cost results
Implementing structured data is just one of many optimization best practices to follow. In Digital Marketing, everyone has a silver bullet every now and then.

The use of platforms that do not minimally comply with good optimization practices associated with a total absence of a digital strategy is common in large brands and even in widely recognized public institutions.
