Binge Watching – the best series for every online marketer

I'm a huge TV series fan. Thanks in no small part to my time in Karlsruhe, where I spent four hours a day traveling by bus and train, and during that time I was able to watch countless series. It all started for me with Jack Bauer and 24. Quite a few Saturdays, from 8 a.m. until late into the night, I'd be saying, "Just one more episode—it's so exciting!"
Game of Thrones, Homeland, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Suits – I've watched them all and I don't even want to know how much of my life I've spent on them. Now, TV shows are a hobby, and I earn my money through online marketing. Readers of this article will know how fast-paced online marketing is and how much time you have to invest to stay on top of it.
This has led me to watch more and more videos about online marketing in recent years. There are now entire conferences available for free. You can then view the individual years as individual seasons of a series. Sometimes, on a quiet day (unfortunately, usually on the weekend), I find myself binge-watching presentations.
Here's my small and modest collection of "series" for online marketers. I hope you croatia phone number data enjoy them as much as I do. If you learn something along the way—even better!
Winners & Losers in a digital age
As I write this article, my impressions of OMR 2018 are still fresh in my mind, and Scott Galloway delivered another first-class presentation. So it's clear: his YouTube playlist couldn't be left out of this list.
Scott Galloway is a marketing professor at NYU Stern School and teaches brand strategy and digital marketing. This explains why he's considered one of the world's best marketing speakers. He combines in-depth analytical knowledge with marketing know-how, and for good measure, a dash of good humor.
By the way, you can find his talk from two years ago in the OMR16 playlist, complete with an Adele performance.
Whiteboard Friday
So let's be honest: Do I need to write anything else about this? I don't think so – so I'll just leave it at that, linking to the brilliant videos by and with Rand Fishkin. Unfortunately, Rand is no longer active at MOZ and is devoting himself to his new startup. Nevertheless, we can expect more episodes from him. I'm looking forward to it
