Create a spirit of healthy competition among partners

Objectively speaking, direct competition between distributors is not welcomed in the MLM business. However, an artificially created moderate “spirit of struggle” can captivate, motivate and stimulate partners to improve their productivity indicators.

Hold competitions between branches and individual distributors, marathons bc data and other competitions, rewarding them with bonuses and gifts for their achievements at the end of the month or quarter. It is important that the entire team knows about the winners. Alternatively, you can place tables with lists of leaders by the number of invitations, registrations or maximum sales volume in your personal account.

#5: Introduce a program of regular events

A standard but effective motivation method is to organize a meeting or call with the TOP leader of the company, conferences, trainings, webinars, etc. At such events, you can present new products in the company's assortment, talk about the achievements of teams and individual partners, discuss future plans and just chat.

In addition, such meetings have a positive impact on the company's brand, help teams to unite, and speeches by well-known personalities, experts and leaders in the MLM sphere inspire and motivate distributors to move towards their goals with greater enthusiasm.
