A customer profile, or typical customer profile, is a detailed representation of a company's ideal customer. Thus, as part of its customer monitoring , a company will collect reliable data to build its ideal customer profile and formulate a concrete representation of the characteristics, behaviors, preferences and needs of its target customer.
