Creating a Business Model Canvas

A business model is made up of nine blocks that can be divided into 4 areas:
Infrastructure area: activities, resources, partners.
Offer area: value propositions.
Customer area: customer segment, customer relationship and communication channels;
Financial area: revenue streams and cost structure.
Let's look in detail at the nine blocks of the business model:
Customer segment. Establish who your potential customers skype data are and which market you want to address: you need to build your Buyer Personas, that is, the idea of your typical customer as close to reality as possible. Build a Buyer Personas for each segment you identify in your customers by establishing the reason why they want your services and what they need.
Value Proposition. Think about what problems your company offers solutions to: this will help you determine how your products or services can become a value for customers. Although it is not easy to identify these elements, if you do a good job in this area you will obtain great advantages in the future.
