We took on part of the development

To implement SEO improvements, the help of developers is almost always needed. And if you implement improvements quickly, then the traffic will grow faster. We warn all companies about this even before starting work on a project. In this project, the company's developer was busy with other tasks, so he could not implement improvements in a timely manner. This was especially true for large and complex improvements, which had the greatest impact on traffic and site positions.

For example, in March there was a dip in traffic due to a technical error on bank data the site: part of the text was invisible to search engines. Constant support from the developer would have helped to notice these errors in time and there would have been no drop in traffic. That is, if the company does not have a developer or he is busy with other work, the company risks and can suddenly lose part of the traffic and sales.

The situation was further complicated by the fact that the site had a home-made CMS, which was difficult to change. Roughly speaking, only the company's programmer understood it, and an outside developer would need a lot of time to study the CMS and begin implementing improvements. Most of the developers we tried to attract to the project refused precisely because of the site's home-made engine.

To make it easier for the company's programmer to implement the improvements, we broke up large tasks into smaller ones, and then took on some of the tasks ourselves. We analyzed competitors' websites, developed recommendations on which pages needed to be added and what changes needed to be made to the current website pages. And we began to work on the residential complex cards from the admin panel ourselves. The client plans to change the CMS, then it will be easier to implement the improvements.
