From all over the state of Rio Grande do Sul, 50 companies were selected by Sebrae-RS to participate, with only two from Vacaria.

The event, which takes place every year and brings together around 30 thousand buy smart number from all over the world, aims to expand and diversify the exchange of knowledge and information that meets the expectations of the retail segment and its area of influence, as well as presenting communication and technology trends for commerce.

During his time there, Rafael had incredible experiences that, after his arrival in Brazil and his work routine, provided new perspectives and ideas for the market in our city and also in the region. According to him, there is a lot to change in commerce and the way of selling here in Brazil. “We have a lot to learn from the Americans, they know how to sell like no one else! I was delighted with the way they use technology, set up their stores and also how they welcome customers, and I'm not just talking about politeness and respect, I'm talking about attention and in-depth knowledge of the products!”

According to Rafael, among lectures, round tables and technical visits, the last one was the one that taught him the most about commerce and the appropriate way to sell products. “When you enter the stores, the experience becomes real, some explore our senses, try to incorporate us into a different world, through an ambiance with different lighting, music, design... As a customer, I could see how important it is to experience the product, to have a tangible experience. They strongly encourage the use of products inside the store, touch them, try them, see how they work, try them! Retailers should not be afraid to offer this experience to customers”.
