A few months ago, I found the annual catalog of one of the world's most famous furniture and home goods chains in my mailbox.
I opened it and couldn't believe my eyes!
The catalog was a rough, amateur job, while half the pages were badly printed and unreadable.
My first thought was that the company was facing financial problems!
I've never been impressed by their products, I find them expensive for their real value, since it's a furniture supermarket.
However, I noticed that they have a smart marketing strategy to appeal to a wide audience.

However, as soon as I saw the lousy catalog, I lost all respect for the multinational company. I even considered their decision to distribute such a rough catalog as a lack of respect for their customers.

Before you resort to a temporary, cheap and temporary solution, you should remember georgia mobile database that the customer is not just buying a service or product, but the entire experience – and first impressions are decisive.

Think, for example, of being served the exact same meal in a neat, clean environment, beautifully decorated, by smiling and polite waiters or, conversely, in a dirty, sloppily set-up space by rude and incompetent staff.
Which restaurant would you be willing to go to again and recommend to friends, even if you had been charged more for the same dish?
Which meal would you remember more pleasantly and which dish would have seemed more delicious to you. (If you think that the environment does not affect your taste, you are very wrong!)
