One-time Buyers — bought only once and never returned.

Returning Customers – bought and returned again for the next purchase.
VIPs buy a lot and regularly.
Winback - they only come back when we remind them of ourselves or offer some special advantageous offer.
Lapsed Buyers – bought something a long time ago and never came back, even after our reminder or a favorable offer, such as a discount on the next purchase.
Non-Buyers:

Open, no order — they open the letters, but bahamas telegram data do not buy.
Click, no order — they click on the button in the email, but don't buy.
Active, no order — they go to the site, look at the products, but do not buy.
Subscribed to list — subscribed to our newsletter, interested in useful content, but not buying.
To avoid getting lost among others and not sending emails on just one day, create a message thread for the following promotions:

I also recommend adding Post-Black Friday. Almost no one does this yet - so you can stand out in the "red ocean". Post-Black Friday is sending a thank you letter to your subscribers (for their purchase or just for paying attention to the Black Friday promotions). Inform that the promotions are ending, and also remind about the upcoming seasonal holidays - share your plans or give a short teaser of the next promotions.
