Generate leads – Collect contact information from potential customers to initiate a relationship and provide useful information and materials that mature the purchasing decision.

Metrics: Landing page conversions, contact base growth.
Generate sales – Increase the number of sales by guiding leads through the entire buying process and preparing them for decision making.


Cost per sale – Reduce the cost of sales. Reduce the time required and, consequently, the value spent band data when making a sale, clear up queries and better prepare leads.

Metrics: Time spent to make a sale, number of sales, CAC (customer acquisition cost).
Increase lifetime value – Increase the profit that each customer generates for your company by hiring your service for a longer period of time, or increasing the number of times they make purchases in your store.

Metrics: Contract time of each client, lifetime-value.
