2.1 Appearance requirements
The surface appearance must be free from obvious dirt, damage and folds. The print must be without color blurring, fading and other defects. The cutting must be neat, without significant displacement, burrs and other defects.

The printed content, font, font size, CMYK values, patterns and positioning must match the sample. There must be no overprinting, misprinting, missing prints or obvious banding.

The performance acceptance testing of self-adhesive labels includes four aspects: printed content adhesion test, label surface adhesive durability test, label layer adhesion test, and constant temperature and humidity test.

Test of printed content adhesion. A cotton cloth thailand number data soaked in 75% alcohol shall be rubbed repeatedly on the printed surface of the label with normal pressure for 15 seconds; the printed part shall not peel off.
Durability of the adhesive ability of the label. After actual assembly, there should be no curling, bubbling, curling of the edges or peeling off after placing at room temperature for seven days.
Testing the adhesion of the label layer. Stick the target label to a clean, smooth surface, seal the corner with standard transparent tape (packaging tape) by pressing firmly, then quickly tear off the tape at a 45 degree angle. Repeat this operation three times for each corner of the label; the target label should not show signs of peeling off.
