Fix 5: Perform a clean boot

A clean boot disables third-party services that may interfere with Windows updates.

Open the Start menu, type msconfigand click System Configuration.



When the System Configuration utility opens, click the Services tab at the top, then check the Hide all Microsoft services box at the bottom.



After hiding all Microsoft services, click the Disable all button on the right to disable all third-party services.



Then click on the Startup tab at the top and then click Open Task Manager.



Once Task Manager opens, right-click on each application cayman islands telegram data on the right and select Disable.



After disabling all startup applications, close the Task Manager and System Configuration Utility, and then restart your PC. Then try installing the update again.

Fix 6: Install the update manually
You can also try installing the update manually if other methods don't work.

Open the Settings app and click Windows Update on the left.
